From extravagant menu items such as Lobster Mornay (go on, bling up your Monday night!) to sophisticated dishes such as black cod pan-fried with miso glaze, you can bring the restaurant home in this new fish friendly format. All prepared seafood meals are sous vide so customers can simply heat, add optional vegetables and serve.
